DO NOT SEND YOUR APPLICATION TO THE PCA OFFICES IN HARRISBURG. The PCA can answer all inquiries about eligibility and discipline descriptions. All applications are generally reviewed anonymously by out-of-state artists and arts professionals selected for their expertise and diverse sensibilities. Their recommendations are acted on by the Council in December prior to the Fellowship year. All applicants are notified in writing of the final decisions on or about January 15 of the Fellowship year. NOTIFICATION WILL ONLY BE IN WRITING AND WILL NOT BE GIVEN OVER THE PHONE. Checks should be distributed before April of the Fellowship year. The grant period is from January 1 to December 31 of the Fellowship year.
