The Wood Turning
Center, a Philadelphia-based not-for-profit arts institution,
gallery, and resource center, is dedicated to the art and craft
of lathe-turned objects. Through its programs, the Center encourages
existing and future artists and cultivates a public appreciation
of the field of woodturning.
Founded in 1986, the Wood Turning Center has become an internationally
recognized source of information and assistance to artists, hobbyists,
