| About the Exhibition |
Opening reception: September 7, 6 - 9 pm
Paulette Bensignor's landscape images are rooted in detail and realistic form. The work fuses line into color into form, the emerging of two dimensions into three, figurative representation into abstraction and merging of Eastern use of perspective into Western perspective.
Beginning in the 1970's Paulette Bensignor's work gained attention in New York City with the introduction of her hyper-landscapes. Since 1966, she has continuously exhibited and won various awards for her work as a painter and printmaker. Although the work has been shown primarily in New York City and the Philadelphia areas, it can be found in various public and private collections worldwide. |

| About the Gallery -Member of the Old City Arts Association |
| Nestled in the heart of Philadelphia's Old City art district, Qbix Gallery was founded by Sharon Niv, an artist and curator who possesses an instinctual eye for detail. Guided by natural intuition and his love for fine art, Sharon states that the creation of Qbix gallery was quite natural. Like cubes falling into place, Qbix Gallery was the result of timing, location and a desire to contribute to Philadelphia's flourishing creative landscape. |
