About the Exhibitions
Opening reception: Friday, June 1, 5 - 8 pm
Style Tribes v 5.0 explores the tribal connection between fashion, music, and specific social groups with a collection of works by nine Design and Merchandising students from Drexel University. Femme Fatales, Polite Society and Pop Princesses are just some of the tribes on view. Each student has created an installation complete with sound and other elements designed to engage the senses of touch, taste and/or smell and a separate multi-media piece that depicts their tribe. Curator and Instructor, Anne Cecil has developed an interactive game to enhance the viewers’ experience. |
