About the Exhibition

Opening reception: January 4, 5 - 9 pm

Philadelphia's only non-profit ceramic arts organization - is pleased to announce that it will host a solo exhibition by Alec Karros.
Alec Karros is currently an Adjunct Associate Professor at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, and maintains a professional studio, Bulls Eye Pottery, in Mountainville, NJ. He received his MFA from the Rhode Island School of Design and his BFA from Philadelphia College of Art. Karros states, "My interest in pots is rooted equally in their ability to function in our contemporary domestic landscape, what they tell us about our social cultural histories and the material-alchemical processes involved in making them."
