Art In City Hall celebrates the opening of its 51st exhibition for local artists since the program began in 1984. Spring Manifestations features the work of 8 Philadelphia area artists based on the theme of "spring."

Art In City Hall presents exhibitions that showcase contemporary works of art by professional and emerging Philadelphia visual artists. Encompassing a variety of media, techniques and subjects, this municipal program is committed to presenting a diversity of ideas and artistic explorations. Art In City Hall is part of the City of Philadelphia's Department of Public Property and is administered by the Fund for Philadelphia.
