Razor sharp melodies to cascading choruses, the Opposite Sex are an alternative post-punk band who have crafted their own sonic vision, adding elements of glam rock, avant-gardism and theater.
Displaying the band's versatility, it has opened for the seminal post-punk band New Model Army, 90's popsters The Ocean Blue, and eclectic Deadfly Ensemble.
The Opposite Sex incorporate video as another instrument, as surreal imagery is edited live on several screens, mixing in live footage and creating a montage as the band performs. A perfect blend of theater and music.
