InLiquid’s second annual "UnFiltered Fringe" project for the 2003 Philadelphia Fringe Festival brings the work of local and national artists to create temporary visual art installations in various locations throughout Philadelphia. The duration of the installations vary from only 3 hours (The 5-Spot, September 7) to 57 days (the Painted Bride).
