January 20, February 24 and March 17, 2006

Enjoy amazing food, atmosphere, and art with fascinating dinner companions. What better way to spend 3 nights during the long winter?

Join Feast Your Eyes Catering with InLiquid.com for 3 Salon dinners at our Northern Liberties kitchen. Each dinner features a different cuisine, with hors d’oeuvre, dinner, dessert and beverages plus intriguing entertainment. Dinners are $65 pp, or $175 for the series. In lieu of a tip please bring a $20 check made out to our non-profit beneficiaries, InLiquid.com (January 20th), Les Dames d’Escoffier Scholarship (February 24th) and The Children’s Village (March 17th).

  • On January 20th we're serving a meal highlighting Switzerland, including tastings of both Raclette and Fondue with cheeses from DiBrunos. InLiquid.com is showcasing art from their roster of artists, with a number of different media represented. We're also handing out recipes for fondue from Skip & Lynn's time in Switzerland! Cross country ski your way over to the dinner and we'll give you a bottle of Kirsch Wasser for having the right attitude. Swiss Menu
  • The February 24th dinner is Latin Night. Our menu will have a mélange of latino influenced foods and Isabel Garcia will be demonstrating latin dance tips, with some practice time available. InLiquid.com will again have artwork all around our kitchen. Tapas Menu

  • For the March 17th dinner our own Doug Didyoung and photographer Peter Checchia will present a photo essay of Doug's return trip to Vietnam, his first time there since leaving when he was 5 years old. The menu will celebrate the recent Vietnamese New Year, and InLiquid.com will again be displaying various pieces of artwork. Vietnamese Menu
