Collab’s Award for Design Excellence annual fundraiser has introduced local, national and international designers to Philadelphia and the museum. Chosen for their body of work, industry leadership, and vision, the distinguished list of past design honorees includes, Richard Meier, Milton Glaser, Karim Rashid, Ian Schrager,  Massimo Vignelli,  Maya Lin, Ingo Maurer, George Nakashima, and Sir Terence Conran.  The evening’s events include a presentation by the design honoree at the museum, a preview to the accompanying exhibition of the honorees works and a cocktail party for the honoree and Collab patrons and supporters.
