InLiquid's popular "Art for the Cash Poor" moves back
to Philadelphia's Old City neighborhood for its sixth year. This
open-air extravaganza will feature over 80 artists and a dozen organizations
selling affordable art -- nothing over $150 -- plus live music,
plentiful libations, fabulous food, raffle, and more. The works
being shown and offered for sale run the gamut from photographs,
paintings, and prints to jewelry, ceramics, and clothing.
"Art for the Cash Poor" is one of InLiquid's most anticipated
events, giving the cultivated bargain hunters a chance to not only
meet artists and see their work first-hand, but to begin or add
to their art collection without breaking the bank -- all in a convivial
block party environment.
InLiquid welcomes help from anyone
who can lend a helping hand with Art For the Cash Poor. The more
the merrier! To sign-up as a volunteer, please e-mail our volunteer
coordinator Emily Zimmerman.
