Before any artists work goes online, they must fill out and sign a PROOF SHEET which allows the artist to list any corrections that need to be made to the content of their artist page. In order to view their page, artists will be contacted with its URL, the page will be uploaded but not accessible through the site. Once the page is thoroughly checked according to the list on the proof sheet - the proof sheet is mailed or emailed back to us. We will then make the necessary corrections to the page, and then link the page to InLiquid.
Once an artist authorizes the upload of their page, to make any further changes or corrections not addressed in the proof sheet , they will have to download , and send in a Change/Correction Form.
