Artist Statement
I am currently working on a 4 site interactive web and gallery installation project using paint, sculpture, text, sound, photo, performance, and video.  The images are a varied sample of some of the works from the project which are being cut and pasted together.  These images are intended to work as separate isolated series or and in relation to each other and will be presented in both ways.

The works deal primarily with narcissism and its effects on our relationships, ourselves and our environments.

The four projects are titled:  "Project SMITH,"  "Project ME," "Project XO,"  and "Project YOU."   All coming soon.

Artist Bio
StephenScott Smith has a BFA from the University of the Arts in Media Arts and was a producer for FOX Television. The last 3 years have been fully dedicated to independently developing, producing, and creating Projects SMITH, ME, XO and YOU. He has performed and showed work in Philadelphia, New York and Portland.
