Artist Statement
a dark night sky
rekindle the abysses of fear
reminiscent of void
smell of dew and grass, chirping of birds
crickets, cicadas and spider web
memory resuscitated,
like shadows playing hide and seek
beneath leaves and among trees
blood, flows from the body
then coalesces with all its purity
far cry from freedom and divinity
fire, pure and sacred
sacrifice and resurrection |
