Silent Auction Bidding Instructions

1. On-site Silent Auction bidding begins October 5. Final bidding will take place at The Clay Studio's Auction Celebration and Champagne Brunch Sunday October 21, 11am - 2pm. Bids start closing at 12:45pm.

2. However, you may place an advance or absentee bid from this website by filling out all fields in the form below and then clicking "submit". Please submit an opening and a maximum bid. To be a successful bidder, your maximum bid should reflect your level of interest. Also, please note that bids below the minimum bid will not be accepted.

3. Upon receipt of your submission, a Clay Studio staff-person will contact you to verify your bid. At that time, The Clay Studio will require that you give a valid credit card number with expiration date. This information will only be used in the event you are the successful bidder.

4. If there are competing bids, Clay Studio staff will increase your bid in increments up to, but not exceeding, your maximum bid. The Clay Studio staff will act as your agent and try to win the piece for you at the lowest possible price. You may call 215-925-3453x10 until 6pm Saturday October 20 to find out the status of your bid.

5. To assure you are the winner, "Assured Buy" bids will be accepted at any time. "Assured Buy" bids are 200% of the value of the piece. Bids above the "Assured Buy" price  \will not be accepted.
